Do I need a SIM card if I use an internet network?
No, the system can only work via the internet network and send notifications to the application. If you install a SIM card (GSM/4G), additional notification channels appear, which is useful when there is no internet. The choice of mode depends on whether you need a backup communication channel.
Does the system support a 5GHz internet network?
No, the panel works with a 2.4GHz internet network. This is done for a more stable connection with wireless sensors. If your router is dual-band, turn on or split the 2.4GHz network.
How many sensors can you connect and how to organize zones?
The panel supports up to 90 wireless devices, so you can add motion, doors/windows, sirens and other compatible elements. Zones are marked for their purpose: front door, corridor, windows, etc. This helps you receive relevant notifications and quickly understand where the event occurred.
Is it difficult to install the system yourself?
The basic connection consists of powering the panel, adding sensors, and configuring notifications in the app. Door/window sensors use an adhesive base or screws, and motion sensors are installed at the level recommended by the manufacturer. If non-standard placement is required, it is better to consult a specialist via email.
Is there a siren included and how does it work?
Yes, the kits include a siren (see the packages for each Box). It is triggered during an event, and can also be activated manually from the panel (SOS). Additional wireless sirens can be connected for better audibility in large rooms.
